DJ Bullet (aka eric Bullet), is a DJ from East Austin, Tx. Leaving no stone unturned, he specializes in crate diggin' funk & soul. Reverse engineering hip hop samples, his fingers are typically very dusty. However, when it comes to party-rockin, he covers the entire spectrum of funky music from rythm and blues to modern electro and hip hop. Cross fading across wide swaths of genres from Jazz to 80's New wave and even Metal he will mix many styles, and challenge you to discover the theme. While he is a lover of the obscure, when asked to, he can spin a conventional mix that everyone will love, yet he takes no requests.

Bio

After receiving his PHD in funkology in 2005, Bullet acquired a set of turntables, cheap mixer & locked his self in his paper-thin walled one-bedroom apartment. Much to the chagrin of his neighbors (and girlfriend DJ Mary Mac) Bullet practiced scratching & mixing everyday and night. Making his name on the mean streets of east Austin playing in between unreceptive, indy-rock bands at various activist group fund-raisers and coffee shops.
